The first step in this process is to pay your deposit as stated on the offer and acceptance.
The Deposit can be paid in a number of ways and they are listed below.

Points to Remember when paying your deposit
- The deposit MUST be paid within the timeframe specified on the offer and acceptance.
- Some transfers take up to 48 hours to clear and this needs to be taken into account
- If paying by personal cheque, please allow up to 3 business days for funds to clear.
- Make sure you insert the Property Address in the reference section so we can identify your payment if paying online.
- All monies will be held in our trust account and will be transferred to your settlement agent prior to settlement.
