Research has shown that property is outperforming superannuation as the better choice of investment.
Over the past 10 years superannuation has grown an average of 2.4% per annum to not be keeping pace with inflation.
By comparison, in the same 10 year term the median price of properties in Perth has gone from $160,000 in the year 2000 to its current level of $4800,000. The compounding growth of real estate has been 11.5%. Inflation averaged 3.2%.
