Points to Remember when paying rent
  • Setting up a direct debit with your bank or periodic transfer is the best and easiest way to ensure your rent is paid on time.
  • Some transfers take up to 48 hours to clear and this needs to be taken into account.
  • Make sure you use your Tenant ID in the reference section so we can identify your payment.
